Daisy Cares

DaisyCares is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation created to provide pet food, urgent or emergent funding aid toward veterinary care, and reduce animal abuse through animal welfare education and awareness.

The organization was launched in October 2009 by Ami Gordon in honor of her beloved Yorkie, Daisy. DaisyCares was created to give back the gift of life that Daisy received, and to provide hope to all needy pets and their owners.

DaisyCares founded the DaisyCares Veterinary Care Program for applicants who meet qualification. Veterinary care grants are subject to availability of funding.

Additionally, DaisyCares created the DaisyCares Pet Food Program to provide cat and dog food to families who might otherwise be faced with the decision of abandoning or surrendering their family’s beloved pets.

The sisters’ talent for helping homeowners sell their lifeless, “unsellable” homes shone brightly on the big screen, helping them quickly become go-to experts for homeowners, designers and DIYers around the nation. On top of their own successful show they’ve participated on HGTV team challenges and most recently won season 5 of Rock the Block!
